Sociology MCAT Prep
Recently the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) added a section of Sociology and Psychology questions to the exam. Responding to our need to orient pre-med students to sociological approaches to health and medicine, I guest lectured in a Barnard chemistry class in Spring 2016, and I continue to develop this webpage and a googlegroup.
Once or twice a month I post tips and articles to help members of the SociologyMCATprep googlegroup prepare for the Sociology/Psychology section of the MCAT. If you have particular concerns about the Sociology section of the MCAT, you may email me with your questions at hhurwitz@barnard.edu. I will do my best to address your concerns from the perspective of a sociologist.
